Governor Tomblin visits Logan after Flooding

On Thursday, March 15, 2012, Logan County suffered some of the most damaging flooding in the past decade.  Governor Tomblin immediately visited the Emergency Operations Center to get a briefing from Adjutant General James Hoyer of the West Virginia National Guard, Department of Highways Emergency Operations Chief Chuck Runyon, Senator Art Kirkendoll, the Logan County Commission, and other officials.
