20th Annual West Virginia Coal Festival
On Friday, June 21, 2013 B&M Repair sponsored WVOW's live broadcast from the 20th Annual West Virginia Coal Festival in downtown Madison. WVOW's Dave Allen joined B&M Repair's John Hainer to talk about the festival, the coal industry, and the newest B&M Repair facility at Garrett Fork just north of Chapmanville on US119. Dave also visited with representatives from Mine Lifeline, Cliffs Natural Resources, and General Electric's Solutions for Mining division. Those attending the festival were treated to a packed line up of activities including concerts by the Bellamy Brothers, Dressed to Kill (a KISS tribute band), Cletus T. Judd, a memorial for fallen miners, and fireworks. Be sure to make plans to attend the 21st Annual West Virginia Coal Festival next year in downtown Madison.
