One woman is dead and three men injured after a car accident in Logan County Sunday. The incident happened around 5 p.m. on Route 10 near Neighbert.
It’s reported the incident happened around new Route 3 near Inez. Investigators say the ATV flipped over. A man was airlifted from the scene and is in critical condition.
Former Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship has been moved to a halfway house as he nears the completion of his federal prison sentence. Blankenship has been placed in a halfway house in Phoenix, according to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons website.

Logan County Board of Education President Paul Hardesty announced the Junior ROTC program will live to see another year at Chapmanville Regional High School. The Williamson Fire Department was called to a fire on an abandoned structure Wednesday morning. Crews responded to the fire on the three-story structure around 6:20 a.m.
