The Logan County Health Department reported a third day of modest increases in COVID-19 infections Friday afternoon.

Seven new cases of the virus were reported Thursday evening two cases Friday afternoon. A total of 40 virus cases have been reported this week.

4 new recoveries were reported today. Seventy-seven recoveries have been reported this week.

Logan County has 143 active cases, 2,515 recoveries and 75 fatalities for a cumulative total of 2,733 cases of COVID-19.

Twenty-five people are hospitalized.
