MAN Five players scored six points or more and Man used a 20-0 first half run to rout Richwood 58-30 Friday night at the Man Memorial Fieldhouse for its fourth straight win.
The Lady Hillbillies (3-9) trailed the Lady Lumberjacks, 7-2, early in the first quarter before closing the quarter on a 10-0 run to take a 12-7 lead. Man scored the first 10 points of the second quarter and led 22-7 before settling for a 28-12 halftime lead.
Megan McCoy led Man with 15 points and Zoe Martin had 14. McCoy and Martin each scored 10 points in the second half, and each knocked down two 3-pointers in the second half.
Man, who has struggled shooting the basketball the first half of the season, made 24 field goals including five 3-pointers and force 34 Richwood turnovers.
Alexxis Keiffer was 10-of-14 from the foul line and led Richwood (1-9) with 14 points. No other player had more than five points for the Lady Lumberjacks.
Emilee Deel finished with nine points and Braylee Thompson and Taylor Wheatley had six points each for Man.
