LOGAN COUNTY It is Homecoming season for Logan County Schools and area schools will dismiss early to afford students the opportunity to attend parades.


Homecoming kicks off at Chapmanville on Friday, September 16. Both Chapmanville Middle and Chapmanville Regional High School will dismiss students early at 11 o'clock. Chapmanville area elementary schools will dismiss their students at 11:30 a.m. or when the buses arrive. Line-up for the homecoming parade starts at noon at the old East Grade School property. Logan's Homecoming is September 30 and students have the day off due to a professional learning day for teachers. Line-up for Logan's homecoming parade starts at 12:15 on the Island. The parade starts at 1 p.m.

Man brings homecoming season to a close on October 14. Man Middle and High school students will be dismissed at 11 a.m. Man elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m. or as soon as buses arrive. Parade line-up begins at noon, and the parade starts at 1 p.m.
