LCC & Housing Authority Set To Meet Next Week

The next meeting of the Logan County Commission will be 3pm this Monday, June 7.

The meeting will be conducted in the Commission Annex Building on Stratton St across from the courthouse.

The agenda for the meeting is somewhat larger than usual. The commissioners, while conducting the usual business, will make numerous appointments to the county board of health, the airport authority and the Buffalo Creek Public Service District Board.

According to the commission’s agenda, Region 2 Planning and Development Council will present the final drawdown and performance report for the Big Harts phase two water project.

Moreover, commissioners are expected to create a whole new agency, the Logan County Land Reuse Agency.

Next week, The Logan County Housing Authority will meet Wednesday, June 9.

The authority will also meet in the county commission building on Stratton Street a three o’clock.

Meetings of the Logan County Commission and the Logan County Housing Authority are open to the public.
