Logan deputies and US Marshals arrest man wanted on drug charges in Ohio & West Virginia


Logan County Deputies and US Marshals arrest a man wanted on drug charges out of Ohio and West Virginia.

KISTLER Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies and the United States Marshals arrest a man wanted out of Ohio and West Virginia on drug charges.


The US 119 Drug Task Force passed along the information for the arrest. They said Eugene “Murder Muncho” Summerville was at the Caserta Apartments at Kistler. According to a news release from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and US Marshals from the CUFFED (Cops United Felony Fugitive Enforcement Division) Task Force gained entry into the apartment and took Summerville into custody without incident.


Summerville was wanted in Logan County for possession with intent to deliver. He was also wanted out of Galia County, Ohio on several charges including: possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, possession of fentanyl related compound, trafficking of a fentanyl related compound, tampering with evidence and identity fraud.


Summerville was taken to Southwestern Regional Jail at Holden. He is being held without bond per the Galia County Circuit Court.
