Two people from Wayne County, a father and daughter, were arrested Tuesday in connection with drug trafficking.
Rachael Stephens and her father, Terry Stephens, are accused of buying and selling heroin. Wayne County deputies report Rachael Stephens would drive Terry Stephens to Huntington weekly to by heroin.
Officers found nearly 55 grams of heroin on Terry Stephens’ person.
Terry Stephens is charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and conspiracy to distribute 10 to 100 grams of heroin.
Rachael Stephens is charged with conspiracy to distribute 10 to 100 grams of heroin, and aiding and abetting.
