The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 203 new cases of COVID-19 over the last 24-hours.
As of 10 o’clock this morning, West Virginia has 4,327 active cases.
A Total of 369 West Virginians have succumbed to the virus since the onset of the outbreak.
Today’s daily positive rate of infection is 3.27%.
According to the state DHHR color-coded map released Wednesday morning, 7 counties are in the “gold” category. “Gold” counties include Logan, Mingo and Boone.
Lincoln, Wayne and Wyoming counties are yellow.
McDowell County is green.
No counties are red.
West Virginia has 17,139 cumulative cases of coronavirus.
