The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 202 new cases of COVID-19 over the last 24-hours.
As of 10 o’clock Thursday morning, West Virginia has 3,550 active cases of the virus.
A Total of 325 West Virginians have succumbed to the virus since the onset of the outbreak.
Today’s daily positive rate of infection is 4.11%.
According to the state DHHR color-coded map released Thursday morning, 6 counties are in the “gold” category. “Gold” counties include Mingo, Boone and Wyoming.
Logan and Wayne counties are “orange.”
Lincoln County is yellow, and McDowell County is green.
